Maytag Front Loading Washer Door Locked Light Flashing

The door was locked and i could not open it.

Maytag front loading washer door locked light flashing. It stopped right after it dispensed the detergent and i ve tried all of the not so helpful repair advise on the maytag website and i still can t get it unlocked. The lid will lock and the machine will enter a pump out mode for 8 minutes. This happened when i forgot to turn the water on. Run a drain and spin cycle.

The only way i can stop those is to unplug the machine. I have a 27 front load maytag neptune washer mah8700a we had a large load and the machine stopped in the middle of operation. Reconnect power to washer plug in. The door lock led light will blink.

This washer has sensors that detect the water supply and requires both hoses to have water going to the water valve. Our maytag maxima steam washer has a flashing yellow light next to door locked the door won t open and the machined cannot be turned on. If the washer will not unlock at the end of a wash cycle unplug the washer or disconnect power. This is all it will do.

If it does not detect both water supply hoses are turned on the control detects a problem with the water pressure sensor.
